The Sales Lead role at Pandora University Mall is a dynamic position designed for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years sales experience in retail or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capacity to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds
- valid identification and legal authorization to work
- successful completion of a job assessment
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to handle customer queries professionally
Job Qualifications
