Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years sales experience in retail or related field
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capacity to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds
  • valid identification and legal authorization to work
  • successful completion of a job assessment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle customer queries professionally

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment
  • strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to connect and engage with diverse customers
  • sharp business acumen and analytical thinking
  • effective time management and delegation skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point of sale systems
  • at least 18 years old with proof of identity and work eligibility
