Job Duties
- assist customers and operate cash registers using the Znet system
- follow company policies and loss prevention measures
- maintain safety standards by using personal protective equipment
- keep the store presentable by restocking merchandise and maintaining merchandising standards
- support car maintenance by helping diagnose issues and assist with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations
- communicate effectively by sharing customer concerns and employee matters with managers
- develop customer service skills
- provide honest recommendations through gained automotive knowledge
