The role available at the USA HomeGoods Store 0083 in Conroe, TX is a part-time position designed for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive store environment. As a team member, you will engage with customers to ensure their shopping experience is highly satisfying, embodying the core principles and philosophy of customer experience upheld by TJX. This position requires adherence to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards while maintaining a clean and organized store. The role includes key responsibilities such as accurately processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining merchandising standards, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and participating in store recovery.
