The Company is currently seeking a professional and energetic Part-Time Sales Assistant/Receptionist to join their dynamic team at their Dayton location. This onsite position is integral to maintaining smooth daily operations at Connoisseur Media by providing essential administrative support to multiple departments, including business, sales, traffic, and administrative teams. The role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the first point of contact for visitors and callers. As a Sales Assistant/Receptionist, the successful candidate will perform an array of tasks ranging from answering incoming calls, managing prize distribution, processing invoices and mailings, sorting daily mail, performing bank deposits, and assisting account executives within the Wide Orbit system. This is a role that demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize numerous responsibilities simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
