Responsibilities include thorough cleaning based on set checklists, maintaining inventory of supplies, reporting maintenance issues, assisting in deep cleaning and special projects, and fostering positive relationships with guests and employees. Communication across departments about room statuses and guest services is a key part of the duties to ensure seamless operations. The role also emphasizes safety awareness and compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

Working at Carpenter Hotel offers a supportive environment with benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401K with company match; free room nights; discounted room rates for friends and family; generous paid time off; wellbeing initiatives including a complimentary subscription to Headspace; and discounts with major retailers. This comprehensive package reflects the hotel's dedication to its employees' health, happiness, and work-life balance.

This full-time housekeeper position invites candidates with hospitality experience who can thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
