Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlist or reservations efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently at the cashier station
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and cashier area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
