Currently, Riboli Family Wines is seeking a customer-focused and efficient Restaurant Expeditor to join their team at the San Antonio Winery. This role is integral to ensuring guests receive their food and beverages promptly and accurately, contributing significantly to the overall dining experience. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a customer-first mentality and excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They will be responsible for coordinating the timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining communication between the kitchen staff and servers, and supporting the overall flow of service within the restaurant. Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working as a food expeditor, runner, server or wait staff
- Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Excellent plating for customer presentation skills
- Follows and adheres to dress code throughout all seasons
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish/Italian)

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, checking in with them to ensure a satisfactory dining experience, and assisting with any customer requests
- Greet and escort customers from the cashier to their table ensuring they have their initial part of their order (drinks, salads, bread, etc.)
- Ensure tables are set up throughout the day for customers including setting up linens as needed, placemats, silverware and glasses
- Deliver ordered food and drinks to customer table when ready at the expediting station
- Ensure all dishes and kitchenware are clean and presentable for customers and report any problems/quality issues to management
- Remove dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning when needed
- Understand the menu to be able to answer customer questions
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Stock inventory as needed and directed
