Job Description
Tenfold Senior Living is a respected senior living community dedicated to enriching the lives of its residents through compassionate care, a supportive environment, and a commitment to excellence. Located in a welcoming and vibrant community, Tenfold Senior Living is known for fostering a culture that celebrates curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention, and contribution. The organization aims to create an engaging and safe environment where residents feel valued and supported in their daily lives. The community prides itself on maintaining a COVID-safe environment, with all team members and residents required to be fully vaccinated or eligible for a reasonable accommodation based on medical or sincerely held religious beliefs.
At Tenfold Senior Living, employees become part of a connected community where daily interactions lead to the building of meaningful relationships among residents, their families, and team members. The atmosphere encourages growth and development, offering opportunities for employees to build their skills and advance their careers within the senior care industry. The company’s mission focuses on creating impactful experiences for seniors, and every team member plays an important role in making that mission a reality.
The role of a Receptionist at Tenfold Senior Living is crucial as it represents the point of first impression for prospective residents, families, team members, and visitors. The Receptionist acts as the hub of the community for existing residents, providing a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to everyone entering the facility. This position involves managing the front desk with professionalism and compassion, answering phone calls promptly, greeting visitors with a positive attitude, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the community. It requires exceptional communication skills and a genuine interest in connecting with seniors, ensuring their needs are met with care and respect.
In this position, the Receptionist also provides vital administrative support to key leaders, including the Executive Director, Business Office Manager, and Marketing Director. This administrative component adds depth to the role, requiring strong organizational and multitasking abilities. The opportunity to assist in scheduling transportation, appointments, and other concierge services for residents reflects the role’s impact on enhancing the daily lives of those Tenfold serves.
This role is designed to accommodate a work schedule primarily from Saturday to Monday, 3 pm to 7 pm, offering consistency and predictability for candidates seeking part-time employment within a meaningful and supportive environment. In addition to the opportunity to engage meaningfully with seniors and their families, Tenfold Senior Living offers competitive benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, life and disability insurance, a flexible spending plan, paid time off, paid holidays, free daily lunch, and professional development opportunities. This comprehensive benefits package underscores the organization’s commitment to taking care of its team members as they take care of the residents.
Working at Tenfold Senior Living means contributing to a mission-driven workplace where each team member’s efforts directly impact the quality of life for older adults, offering a fulfilling career with personal and professional rewards. Prospective Receptionists who align with Tenfold’s core values and are passionate about senior care will find a supportive and engaging environment where their contributions are appreciated and their professional goals supported.
