Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office, internet, and email use
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action and redirection within department guidelines required to resolve issues
- Detail oriented and highly organized with good judgement and objectivity
- Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Must be flexible in schedule- evenings and weekends required

Job Duties
- Act with professionalism and determine the needs of customers and vendors, directing them to the proper person and/or office
- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner and provide them with accurate directions to their destination
- Treat all visitors, clients, and staff with courtesy, sensitivity and respect
- Answer telephone calls and take messages as needed and respond to routine inquiries using customer-oriented etiquette
- Receive all incoming mail from postal system, courier services and other deliveries and process all outgoing U.S. mail
- Send and receive faxes, distribute mail to proper mailboxes
- Support other departments as needed
- All other responsibilities as assigned
