Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office, internet, and email use
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action and redirection within department guidelines required to resolve issues
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with good judgement and objectivity
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Must be flexible in schedule- evenings and weekends required

Job Duties

  • Act with professionalism and determine the needs of customers and vendors, directing them to the proper person and/or office
  • Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner and provide them with accurate directions to their destination
  • Treat all visitors, clients, and staff with courtesy, sensitivity and respect
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages as needed and respond to routine inquiries using customer-oriented etiquette
  • Receive all incoming mail from postal system, courier services and other deliveries and process all outgoing U.S. mail
  • Send and receive faxes, distribute mail to proper mailboxes
  • Support other departments as needed
  • All other responsibilities as assigned
