Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- utilize computer skills to manage appointments, emails, and office tasks
- provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- maintain a tidy and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
