Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • utilize computer skills to manage appointments, emails, and office tasks
  • provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
  • assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • maintain a tidy and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
