The Receptionist role at LEGENDS GLOBAL is essential to ensuring the seamless operation of the Cowboys Club office front. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to guests, managing incoming communications, and supporting administrative functions that keep the office running efficiently. The Receptionist is required to handle multiple projects simultaneously, assist staff with varied tasks, and maintain a professional presence that reflects the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities include answering calls promptly and courteously, assisting guests upon arrival, and managing front office logistics such as scheduling, payroll, and accounting tasks. General office duties, including handling postage, shipping, telephone systems, and office equipment, form part of the daily tasks. The role demands flexibility as the Receptionist may be assigned other duties as necessary to support business operations.

Ideal candidates for this position will have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities are critical, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel. The position requires fluency in English, the capacity to work independently or collaboratively, and the resilience to manage an irregular and extended work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements

  • previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred

Job Duties

  • must be able to handle multiple projects

  • provide customer service to guests arriving to the club
  • assist with general front office management issues as needed
  • accomplish various tasks including functions of accounting, scheduling, payroll and timekeeping
  • general office duties such as postage/shipping, telephones and other equipment
