Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership
- answer and direct incoming phone calls
- process customer payments accurately for sales and service transactions
- balance and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records
- assist with filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks
- keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- provide administrative support to the sales and service departments as needed
- respond to customer questions and direct them to the appropriate department
