Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and direct them to the right person or department
  • answer phones, take messages, and route calls promptly and professionally
  • assist customers with questions, concerns, and payments
  • receive and process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
  • provide clerical support to sales, service, and finance teams
  • maintain and update databases, files, and paperwork
  • handle customer concerns with empathy and direct them to the right person for resolution
