Job Description

Tenfold Senior Living is a compassionate and community-oriented senior care establishment dedicated to enhancing the lives of its residents through exceptional service and a warm, welcoming environment. As a well-respected provider in the senior living industry, Tenfold Senior Living emphasizes a mission-driven approach that focuses on not only caring for seniors but also enriching the lives of its employees and the surrounding community. The company fosters a culture where teamwork, respect, and personal growth are prioritized, creating a place where residents and staff alike feel valued and supported. It operates with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, striving to provide a COVID-safe environment where all team members and residents are fully vaccinated or accommodated appropriately. Working at Tenfold means becoming part of a vibrant community that values curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention, and contribution, which stand as the core values guiding every aspect of the organization.

The role of the receptionist at Tenfold Senior Living is a pivotal position within the community, serving as the first point of contact for prospective residents, their families, visitors, and team members. This role blends administrative duties with interpersonal engagement, requiring an individual who can confidently and warmly represent the company’s values and mission every day. The receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations, which include answering phone calls promptly and courteously, greeting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the supportive nature of the community. Beyond these duties, the receptionist compassionately responds to residents’ inquiries and assists with scheduling various services, such as transportation and appointments, often acting as a reliable concierge to enhance the residents’ experience.

Additionally, the receptionist provides essential administrative support to key leadership personnel, including the Executive Director, Business Office Manager, and Marketing Director, making this role integral to the smooth operation and communication flow within the facility. The position demands exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to work efficiently under the unique demands of a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). Candidates must also be willing and able to work specific hours on Sundays and Mondays, which aligns with the facility’s operational needs.

At Tenfold Senior Living, the receptionist will enjoy opportunities to develop professionally and personally, supported by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k plan, life and disability insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, and professional development resources. The company values its employees and offers a free daily lunch, reinforcing a positive and supportive work environment. This role is not just a job but a chance to build meaningful relationships with seniors and contribute positively to their quality of life while advancing one’s career in a fulfilling, respected senior living organization.
