- 2+ years of experience in reception mail room or administrative support roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while moving between workstations
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift and move supply and paper boxes throughout the office

Job Duties
- Greet visitors maintain visitor logs and issue badges or visitor passes
- Answer and distribute a high volume of incoming calls to the main office line
- Manage conference rooms meeting logistics and related scheduling needs
- Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Receive open sort scan and distribute incoming mail multiple times per day
- Prepare and process outgoing mail and packages including high-volume overnight shipments
- Perform document scanning and task creation within internal systems
- Handle monthly invoice mailings and other recurring administrative mail projects
- Maintain and service postage machines and copier equipment
- Submit and track service calls for building and equipment issues
- Order office supplies for multiple locations
- Manage vending and coffee supply orders for break rooms
- Issue and track parking passes office fobs and building access
- Install office name plates and maintain keys and access for branch locations
