- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- proficiency with ms office and basic it equipment

Job Duties
- greet and support new and existing customers
- manage administrative and support needs within the center
- assist with technical equipment setup and troubleshooting
- handle mail and package distribution
- coordinate meeting room bookings and monitor office environment conditions
- collaborate with the Community Manager to organize community events and marketing
- maintain accurate records and ensure proper billing and invoicing
