We are currently seeking a motivated and bilingual Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in customer interaction and administrative support.

This part-time role is critical in ensuring smooth communication within the dealership and with our valued customers. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact, responsible for handling incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally. Providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone is essential to maintaining our high standards. The successful candidate will greet and direct customers to the appropriate departments, distribute messages and packages, and perform additional duties as required by management. This position requires reliable availability during the day, including weekends, to support the dealership's busy schedule.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of reception and customer service experience in a retail setting
  • dealership experience is preferred
  • bilingual in english and spanish
  • dependability and punctuality are required
  • availability during the day including saturday and sunday

Job Duties

  • ensure all phone calls are directed in a timely and professional manner
