Job Requirements
- Reliable and punctual with flexible availability
- comfortable standing or walking for extended periods indoors and outdoors
- availability to work approximately 29 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and alternating shifts
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written

- familiarity with phone systems and basic office procedures advantageous
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm, welcoming smile
- answer and direct incoming phone calls
- provide refreshments and assist guests during their visit
- help identify customer needs and connect them with the right team member
- share basic information and assist with general inquiries
- learn and follow dealership procedures and phone systems
- support the team with additional tasks as needed
