Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- availability to work Monday to Thursday evenings and all day Saturday
- reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to operate telephone switchboards and enter data accurately
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- greet customers professionally and courteously
- connect customers by phone or in person with dealership team members
- manage telephone switchboards efficiently
- enter basic customer demographic information into sales control systems
- assist customers and vendors with inquiries
- support dealership sales and service teams during events and busy periods
- maintain a positive and welcoming environment
