Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role
  • familiarity with affordable housing programs
  • ability to work Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle high traffic and fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • motivated self-starter
  • excellent follow-up and administrative skills

Job Qualifications

  • Background in customer service or property management
  • experience with Section 8 housing strongly preferred
  • strong written and oral communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple operational tasks daily
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • motivated and adaptable
  • bilingual in Spanish is a plus
