Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency with Expensify, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive and professional attitude
- Knowledge of local dining and hospitality venues preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and maintain inventory of office supplies
- place orders as needed
- Coordinate internal team events and company gatherings
- Submit and track expense reports for four executives using Expensify
- Assist in the creation and tracking of purchase orders (POs)
- Support HR functions including onboarding and administrative tasks
- Make restaurant reservations for meetings and events
- Provide calendar management and meeting scheduling support for executives
