The role of the part-time Receptionist at Capitol Auto Group is vital as the initial point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealerships. This position requires an individual who is outgoing, motivated, and team-oriented to effectively connect every customer with the appropriate department or service. The Receptionist is entrusted with providing excellent customer service and hospitality, ensuring that each visitor’s experience begins positively. The role includes answering phone calls, directing inquiries, managing in-person requests, and maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor. As a part-time role, the Receptionist is expected to work 20 to 25 hours per week, with a schedule that may include afternoon shifts during the week, mandatory Saturday shifts on one of two shifts, and two Sundays per month.
