Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven office reception experience
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in various formats
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Physical ability to handle required lifting and manual tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Commitment to punctuality and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Proven office reception experience including multi-line phone systems
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills in phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Professional grammar, phone etiquette, and written communication
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of organization, efficiency, and punctuality
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good business judgment
- Ability to physically move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on a cart occasionally
- Ability to complete repetitive folding and sorting tasks by hand
Job Duties
- Answer and route all incoming front-desk calls and visitors including routine questions and solicitation calls
- Utilize administrative resources to maintain current systems and coordinate with other departments
- Process incoming and outgoing mail including shipments and courier services
- Create UPS labels for internal shipments and remote employees
- Order, stock, and maintain office, shipping, coffee, and vending supplies
- Place supply orders for employee needs
- Prepare onboarding packets and welcome arrangements for new employees
- Assist with catering, supplies, and needs for meetings and employee events
- Route building maintenance requests to appropriate parties and contact third-party contractors
- Maintain reception area and office supply closet
- Perform general office projects and duties as assigned
