We are currently seeking a Part-time Promotions Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Knoxville, TN. As a Promotions Coordinator, you will play an integral role in planning and executing station promotions, contests, and giveaways across various platforms including on-air broadcasts, digital channels, and social media. Your responsibilities will extend to managing live events such as remotes and community appearances, ensuring each event reflects the station's professionalism and engages listeners effectively. Collaboration with sales teams will be essential to fulfilling client-sponsored campaigns, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. You will also be tasked with maintaining promotional calendars to ensure timely execution of all activities, as well as managing station inventory including banners, signage, and other promotional materials.

The ideal candidate should have experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools and demonstrate proficiency with everyday technology including cell phones, computers, and audio equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role, along with the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Physical ability to lift and transport promotional equipment weighing up to 50 pounds is required, as well as possessing a valid Tennessee driver’s license.
