Located in Winnetka, Illinois, the Program Manager role at Right At School offers a vital leadership position within this educational organization. The Program Manager is expected to uphold the company's mission by promoting safety, joy, and operational excellence in before and after school programs. With a pay rate ranging from $21 to $26 per hour, based on education and experience, this role operates Monday through Friday with morning and afternoon shifts from 6:45 AM to 8:30 AM and 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM respectively, aligning with the school district's calendar. Starting with a self-led online training in mid-July, followed by in-person training in early August, this position marks the beginning of a fulfilling career dedicated to direct impact in children’s daily learning and extracurricular experiences.

The Program Manager acts as a role model and leader, ensuring safety and joy are maintained across program operations. This includes overseeing staff adherence to attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures, and keeping program paperwork and licensing current.
