Serving over 35,000 students across 17 states, they specialize in offering high-quality before school, after school, and break camp programs. These programs create an environment where students can learn, play, grow, and most importantly, enjoy their childhood. The company focuses on nurturing a love of learning, supporting schools, and giving parents peace of mind by delivering exceptional educational experiences. Their vision extends to making these affordable programs accessible to as many students, families, and schools as possible, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to experience enriching, engaging activities beyond the traditional classroom setting.

For the 2026-2027 school year, Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in locations within the University City School District. This is a part-time position with hourly pay ranging from $21 to $26, based on education and experience. Working hours are Monday through Friday, split into two shifts: early morning from 6:00 AM to 8:45 AM and afternoon from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Candidates should be prepared to work both shifts five days a week, as partial shifts are not accommodated. This position plays a critical role in delivering Right At School's Disguised Learning curriculum designed to provide quality enrichment programs for children. The Program Manager is also responsible for coaching and developing their team members, who are deeply passionate about creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for students.

The Program Manager works closely with school principals and staff to enhance the instructional experience, ensuring that the extended day programs complement the students' academic and social development effectively. This role also involves active participation in community events such as Back to School events, Right Club Gives Back, and Field Day, helping to instill the Right At School footprint in the local community. Managing and maintaining safety standards, supervising the activities, and handling necessary program paperwork are critical to this position. The role demands strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the broader community.

Right At School offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports the health and wellness of its employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, virtual care options, pet insurance, supplemental insurance, 401(k) with company match, financial coaching, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance programs, and more. Team members also enjoy perks such as free or discounted enrollment in Right At School’s own before and after school programs, a free professional membership through the National AfterSchool Association, and various discount programs. These benefits are designed to provide holistic support to employees, promoting their wellbeing and professional growth.
