The position is hourly paid, with a pay range between $24 and $27 per hour, depending on experience and education. Employees are expected to start with live training on July 22nd, emphasizing the company's commitment to thorough preparation and continuous professional development. The schedule generally spans early morning hours from 6:30 am to 8:00 am and afternoon hours from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, aligning with school times to provide consistent support to students before and after school hours.
