This schedule aligns with regular school hours to effectively support children's needs before and after school. The ideal candidate will have experience managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality service to various stakeholders, including students, parents, and colleagues. A background in child development, special needs education, or related fields is highly valued, along with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both children and adults.
