This position offers an exciting opportunity to become a key player in retail sales through interactive food and beverage sampling. As a sampling associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by engaging shoppers and introducing them to new products in a dynamic retail setting. Compensation for this role starts at $14.50 per hour, with opportunities for additional hours upon request. The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, comfortable working 2-3 shifts per week including weekends, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as well as standing for up to 6 hours at a time. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and cleaning the sampling area and equipment. Candidates should have reliable transportation to and from the work location and demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal abilities. Being a motivated self-starter with a safety-first mentality and the ability to work independently yet collaborate effectively with team members is essential to success in this position.
