This role is centered on maintaining cleanliness and safety within the kitchen and back-of-house areas, which is crucial for the smooth operation of the store. The Dishwasher position is an entry-level role but indispensable to ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Individuals in this position perform essential duties related to washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other small wares necessary to support food preparation and service. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
- maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area
- assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings
- provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly
- follows and complies with established procedures including health and sanitation rules
- maintains clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- reports safety hazards immediately
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
