Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred but training provided
- understands practices surrounding proper handling of biohazardous waste
- availability to work Sunday through Thursday 3 pm to 7:30 pm

Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor
- cleans bathrooms including toilet bowls, sinks, bathtubs, wipes countertops, mirrors, and sterilizes floors
- wipes kitchen counters and under objects, mops kitchen floors
- vacuums all exposed areas completely including edges
- empties and rinses wastebaskets as needed
- washes inside of windows as required
- cleans all common areas including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- maintains a clean laundry room in an orderly manner and stores chemicals as instructed
