Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous porter housekeeper groundskeeper or hotel apartment experience preferred
- ability to perform physical cleaning and maintenance tasks
- strong attention to detail and reliability
- team-oriented with a positive service-focused attitude
- ability to work evenings monday to friday 5 pm to 10 pm
- ability to communicate courteously with residents guests and vendors
Job Qualifications
- previous porter housekeeper groundskeeper or hotel apartment experience preferred
- familiarity with cleaning equipment and light maintenance tasks is a plus
- strong attention to detail and reliability
- team-oriented with a positive service-focused attitude
- ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment
Job Duties
- clean and maintain common areas including lobbies hallways community spaces gym and pool areas
- perform routine duties such as sweeping mopping trash and recycling removal
- assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter
- support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled
- report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- provide courteous professional service to residents guests and vendors
