The Part Time Porter role involves welcoming customers who come in for vehicle servicing and efficiently managing the flow of vehicles in the service area. The Porter acts as the initial point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate service advisor. An important responsibility of the role includes moving vehicles safely and promptly within the service area both before and after servicing. Additionally, the Porter helps organize the service driveway to maintain a clean and orderly environment. The position may also require providing shuttle services for customers to and from destinations when they cannot wait for service completion and no loaner cars are available. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations of the service department and enhancing the customer experience from the moment they arrive.
