The Part-Time Porter position is based at North Central's Mounds View location, situated strategically in the Twin Cities gateway area. Mounds View enjoys a unique position surrounded by several neighboring cities and is known for its community amenities such as Silver View Park and the Mounds View Historical Society Museum. The role of Porter is integral to the day-to-day operational success of NC’s service and repair shop. This position supports technicians and shop operations by handling vehicle movements including the delivery of customer vehicles, ensuring all necessary parts are procured prior to repairs or installations, and maintaining an organized and clean workspace that maximizes efficiency.

Working as a Part-Time Porter involves a variety of responsibilities ranging from detailing and inspecting vehicles to supporting custom installations and vehicle preparation for delivery. This role is vital for facilitating smooth workflows within the shop to ensure customer vehicles meet expected quality and safety standards before handover.
