This role is designed for an individual who will play a crucial part in the dealership's daily operations, serving as a key point of contact for guests and customers. The position is primarily focused on facilitating smooth interactions by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them appropriately, and providing shuttle services when necessary. An essential aspect of the job is maintaining the showroom and service vehicles to an impeccable standard, ensuring they are clean, detailed, and presented at showroom quality to uphold the dealership's professional image.
Additionally, the role involves logistical support such as picking up and delivering parts or vehicles and managing vehicle inventory efficiently. The candidate will also be responsible for keeping the vehicle lot neat, orderly, and compliant with dealership display standards, which includes moving vehicles as directed. Basic janitorial duties, including cleaning the driveway and sidewalks, and seasonal tasks such as snow removal are part of the position, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Supporting the service department is another key responsibility, which includes tagging customer keys and vehicles accurately and performing routine checks such as starting vehicles and verifying gas levels twice weekly. Overall, the position requires a proactive, organized individual with excellent customer service skills and a valid driver’s license. Job Duties
