Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some experience in hospitality or customer service
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
- excellent communication skills in English
- flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to provide warm and enthusiastic guest service

- previous experience as a server in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment preferred

Job Duties
- Set up and maintain tables
- deliver food from kitchen to guest tables
- assist with orders
- pour coffee and water for guests
- respond to guest requests and participate in shift roll call briefings
- follow specific food and beverage orders and set up tableside presentations
- report and help correct any imperfections or issues in the dining area
- communicate effectively with the service team and present culinary and wine information to guests
- maintain a professional appearance and warm, accommodating personality in line with The Beverly Hills Hotel Pledge
