Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage service ideal
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain tabletop cleanliness and stock service stations with supplies, condiments, clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and ice
- Clean and polish all service supplies to ensure high standards
- Respond to guest special requests such as making coffee, iced tea, and refilling water
- Identify and report imperfections or blemishes in the service area and coordinate corrections
- Communicate effectively with other departments and hotel teams to ensure smooth operations
- Meet physical demands including standing for long periods, walking, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Adhere to the hotel’s standards of service excellence and attention to detail
