The role of a Polo Lounge Busperson is dynamic and essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant. Buspersons maintain the cleanliness and readiness of tabletop settings and service stations, ensuring that supplies such as condiments, clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and ice are always replenished and polished to perfection.
