Job Duties
- serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly courteous and timely manner
- prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests
- act as cashier for the lounge
- greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- promote and document orders for drinks
- mix garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily including requisitioning and stocking supplies
- cut and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and perishables daily
- receive cash from guests verify charges and record transactions
- lock up and store beverages food and equipment
- answer bar phone and take room service orders
- input orders into register and create checks for guests
- perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health standards
- adhere to company policies procedures safety rules and fire prevention
- use protective equipment and report unsafe conditions accidents and injuries
- maintain a neat clean and well-groomed appearance
- assist other beverage personnel as requested
- perform related duties as assigned
