Job Duties
- Guest services and support
- Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and handle their requests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Make reservations for restaurants, events, tours, spa services, and other entertainment on behalf of guests
- Provide recommendations and information on local attractions, shopping, dining, and other amenities
- Coordinate transportation, luggage assistance, and other special requests
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues, acting as a liaison between the guest and management when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, answer phones, process payments, and assist with on-site events
- Build and maintain a network of local contacts, service providers, and businesses to better serve guests
