We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Guest Service Support Experts in the Food and Beverage department. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services by supporting various areas including setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. The Guest Service Support Expert position is non-management and offers full-time employment with a competitive hourly wage of $15.00. Shifts are flexible, encompassing day and evening hours from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM, providing employees with the opportunity to work at times that best fit their lifestyles and availability.
In this role, team members are not just delivering food and drinks; they are creating an experience that guests will cherish. The Guest Service Support Expert is expected to maintain a safe workplace, adhere strictly to company policies and quality standards, and present themselves with professionalism in both appearance and communication. Physical endurance is essential as the job requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating various floor surfaces, and performing manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing objects up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- availability to work day or evening shifts from 10am to 1am
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures
- no previous supervisory experience required
