Job Requirements

- Ability to work part-time on PRN/on-call basis
- Up-to-date vaccinations
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a background check
- Comfortable with exposure to illness and injuries in a hospital/lab environment

Job Duties
- Work on computers and answer phones to intake patient information
- Collect and input details accurately across multiple programs between physician and nurse check-ins
- Listen carefully and address patient fears, concerns, and questions to ease anxiety
- Assist patients in completing their registration in a fast-paced, often interrupt-driven environment
- Collaborate with team members to support patient registration and improve the patient experience
- Maintain data accuracy while working quickly and adapting to unexpected situations
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies during all interactions
