Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
- Must be up to date on all vaccinations
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass a background check
- Willingness to work as needed with minimum 48 hours monthly
- Able to handle hospital environment and exposure to illness
- Ability to type quickly and handle phone calls simultaneously
Job Qualifications

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including on call shifts

Job Duties
- Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment
- Collect patient details accurately across multiple programs
- Assist patients with registration quickly and efficiently
- Listen with compassion to ease patient anxiety
- Handle interruptions from clinicians during registration
- Work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Build rapport with patients by asking follow-up questions and providing support
