Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- capability to perform basic mathematical operations
- completion of company training programs including food sanitation and safety
- physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in environments with varying temperatures and moderate to loud noise levels
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience or training
- culinary experience preferred
- effective communication skills in English
- knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to use kitchen equipment
- familiarity with portion control and food garnishing techniques
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- process and package products accurately
- stock shelves and displays with fresh food items
- provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- unload stock deliveries efficiently
- reload salvage products following safety and quality guidelines
