Job Description

This part-time position involves preparing, processing, packaging, and stocking products according to Fresh Foods Standards, while providing customer service, cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and reloading salvage products. The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction and sales through required training and teamwork. Associates must be at least 18 years of age.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months related experience and/or training
  • culinary experience and sales
  • exceptional interpersonal skills
  • ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • basic mathematical skills
  • ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions
  • completion of company training including food safety and product knowledge
  • knowledge of cooking terminology, ingredients, and food safety practices
  • physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, lift, and perform kitchen tasks
  • visual abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
