Job Description
The Anaheim Convention Center (ACC), owned and operated by the City of Anaheim, is the largest exhibit facility on the West Coast of the United States. Established in 1967, the center has grown to span an impressive 53 acres with 1.8 million square feet of function space, making it a premier venue for major events and conventions. The ACC hosts globally recognized events such as the Winter NAMM Show, Disney's D23 Expo, and VidCon, attracting thousands of visitors annually. With its extensive and flexible meeting spaces, including a recent expansion completed in fall 2017 that added 200,000 square feet, the ACC plays a significant role in Anaheim’s economy and the wider Southern California region. The center combines state-of-the-art facilities with excellent customer service to provide an outstanding experience for event organizers and attendees alike.
We are currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Part-Time Parking Lot Attendant team within the Parking Division. This year-round, part-time position averages 20 hours per week, although a minimum number of hours is not guaranteed. It involves assisting with parking logistics during events by directing vehicles to designated parking areas, managing the flow of traffic, and providing courteous service to guests. Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, as the nature of event schedules demands flexible hours. Under minimal supervision from the Parking Lot Captain, attendants ensure that visitors enjoy a seamless parking experience in a busy event environment. The role requires being outdoors in various weather conditions and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy dynamic work settings, interacting with people, and supporting the smooth operation of large-scale events. Successful candidates will contribute to the Anaheim Convention Center’s reputation for exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
