Job Requirements
- Willingness to mix, fry and/or decorate donuts
- Ability to make lasting customer connections
- Capability to prepare various bakery products
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Availability for overnight and early morning hours
- Commitment to maintaining store cleanliness
- Punctuality and reliability in work attendance
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery
- Knowledge of pastries, breads, ovens, and food safety
- Food Safety training
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong customer service skills
- Motivated to learn and grow career
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Mix, fry and/or decorate donuts using production lists and recipes
- Make lasting connections with customers
- Prepare bakery products including donuts, cakes, and breads
- Fill and rotate cases and displays, including some heavy lifting
- Assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep shelves full
- Maintain a clean and sanitary store environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve department excellence
- Arrive promptly for shifts and adhere to work schedules
