As a part-time overnight concierge at The Vine, you will play a vital role in connecting with residents, managing front desk responsibilities, and ensuring safety and security across the property. Your role as the part-time overnight concierge places you at the forefront of guest interaction during non-peak hours, commanding the front desk with a professional and friendly presence. You will be responsible for coordinating reservations and scheduling amenity spaces, managing incoming deliveries, and monitoring building security to maintain a safe environment for residents and guests alike. Effective project management, communication, and conflict resolution skills are essential in this role, as you address various resident and guest needs promptly and courteously. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records and shift reports contribute to continuity and seamless operations across shifts. The overnight concierge acts as the liaison between residents, management, and local security personnel, fostering strong relationships that enhance the overall community experience.

This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24.50, along with a unique perk of daily pay options that allow you to make any day a payday. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work overnight shifts

Job Duties

  • Command the front desk and connect with guests

  • Manage permissions for entry, contractor and vendor logistics and resident visitors
  • Maintain organized and neat offices and desks
  • Respond to resident and guest requests in a courteous and timely manner
  • Ensure unwelcomed visitors and solicitors do not enter private areas
