Job Description

Dweck is a reputable property management company that prides itself on creating exceptional living experiences for residents across its portfolio of residential communities. Known for its commitment to quality service and operational excellence, Dweck fosters a culture that encourages growth, teamwork, and professional development among its employees. The company values a customer-first mindset, aiming to enhance resident satisfaction and maintain the highest standards of property management. As a growing firm with a focus on both employee wellness and innovation, Dweck offers ample opportunities for career advancement, comprehensive training programs, and a supportive work environment that prioritizes collaboration and respect.

The role of Overnight Concierge at Dweck is a crucial position that serves as the primary point of contact for residents and guests during the night shift. This role takes over following the second concierge shift of the day, ensuring all pending tasks are efficiently closed out and that the property remains secure and peaceful throughout the overnight hours. As the first point of contact in the building, both in person and via phone, the Overnight Concierge plays a vital part in upholding Dweck's high standards of customer service and security. Although this shift tends to be quieter compared to daytime hours, the position involves varied responsibilities that help keep the building running smoothly and residents satisfied.

The Overnight Concierge is responsible for greeting guests and residents, including their furry family members, managing deliveries and packages, responding to maintenance requests, and addressing any resident emergencies or concerns. This person acts as the night watch, maintaining safety and order by monitoring security cameras and physically walking the property to ensure all access points are secure. When the building is calm, the concierge takes the initiative to work on administrative projects aimed at improving service efficiency and operational processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to multitask effectively during quieter overnight hours.

As part of the Dweck team, the Overnight Concierge benefits from a structurally supportive environment that includes paid orientation programs, opportunities for career and personal development, and comprehensive employee benefits. The company offers competitive compensation with added commissions, a company-matched 401k plan, paid time off including vacation and sick days, as well as exciting team-building events to foster a tight-knit community among staff. Successful candidates will find not only a job but a career path with growth potential within a company that values dedication and enthusiasm for exceptional resident service.
