Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in events, catering, or hospitality with supervisory responsibilities
  • Reliable transportation in the Bay Area
  • Flexible evening and weekend availability
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Hospitality-first attitude emphasizing warmth and client satisfaction
  • Willingness to work up to 30 hours per week on a part-time basis

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in events, catering, or hospitality with supervisory roles
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems creatively
  • Passion for food and interest in working with independent vendors
  • Excellent communication skills for client and vendor interactions
  • Reliable transportation within the Bay Area
  • Flexible availability during evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Join handoffs with Catering Event Producers fully briefed on event details
  • Direct vendors during event days
  • Manage service flow ensuring smooth operations
  • Keep clients, venue contacts, and inspectors informed and satisfied
  • Debrief with team post-events to improve service delivery
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate dinners, brand activations, conferences, and private occasions
  • Handle on-site challenges with calm and hospitality-first approach
