Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in events, catering, or hospitality with supervisory responsibilities
- Reliable transportation in the Bay Area
- Flexible evening and weekend availability
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Hospitality-first attitude emphasizing warmth and client satisfaction
- Willingness to work up to 30 hours per week on a part-time basis

- Minimum 2 years experience in events, catering, or hospitality with supervisory roles
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems creatively

- Flexible availability during evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Join handoffs with Catering Event Producers fully briefed on event details
- Direct vendors during event days
- Manage service flow ensuring smooth operations
- Keep clients, venue contacts, and inspectors informed and satisfied
- Debrief with team post-events to improve service delivery
- Coordinate logistics for corporate dinners, brand activations, conferences, and private occasions
- Handle on-site challenges with calm and hospitality-first approach
