Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation with an open bed truck
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- A smartphone
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in waste handling or similar physical job is advantageous but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and company policies accurately
- Good physical condition to handle lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication and operational purposes
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer collected waste to the onsite trash compactor
- Work 5 nights a week starting at 8:00 PM
- Complete tasks within 1-2 hours each evening
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain physical fitness for handling waste and transporting items
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
