The company has earned an award-winning status, a testament to its excellence in the field and dedication to its employees and clientele. It fosters an environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring all workers are respected and given opportunities regardless of their background or protected characteristics under federal, state, or local laws.
The part-time night valet trash porter position is a unique opportunity designed for individuals seeking supplemental income while working evening hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and staying physically active. Working as a night valet trash porter with Provalet Trash means stepping into a role where you have control over your pace and responsibilities, while also being part of a supportive, award-winning team. The job offers an excellent balance of autonomy and team support, all while providing a chance to work outdoors in a community-focused setting.
The position involves collecting trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transporting the waste to the onsite trash compactor. The role starts at 8:00 PM and lasts generally for one to two hours, allowing workers to maintain a manageable schedule. With a five-day workweek, employees also benefit from having Friday and Saturday off, a schedule that supports work-life balance. Additionally, the compensation is competitive, paid at a flat rate and self-paced, which rewards workers for their efficiency and commitment.
This role is particularly well-suited for those who have reliable transportation—specifically an open bed truck is a mandatory requirement. Provalet Trash values safety and responsibility, expecting all employees to adhere strictly to company policies and safety procedures. Employees must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds, demonstrating physical fitness is necessary for this position.
Moreover, Provalet Trash offers paid training, supporting newcomers to integrate smoothly and confidently into their roles. The company culture is welcoming, vibrant, and designed to support employees’ growth, with opportunities for advancement available within the organization. The role does not only provide financial benefits but also contributes to employees’ health and fitness due to the outdoor activities and physical nature of the work.
Provalet Trash stands out as a great workplace for those who want to earn extra cash in an evening role that is both physically engaging and socially rewarding, all while being part of an acknowledged leading team in the valet trash industry. This is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to grow your skills, maintain independence, and join a team dedicated to excellence in service and employee satisfaction.
